AACT 2018-19 Track and Field Championships

Welcome to the On-Line entry system for the Athletics ACT 2018-19 Track and Field Championships.  The Championships will be held at the AIS Athletics Field, Battye St, Bruce, ACT over the period Friday 8th February, Saturday 9th February and Sunday 10th  February 2019. 

To be eligible to enter these Championships, the athlete must be a registered and financial athlete with Athletics ACT, another State/Territory athletics body affiliated with Athletics Australia or, if a visiting overseas athlete, with their own national athletics body. 

The entry fee for these Championships is $22.00 per event entered with a maximum entry fee of $70.00. AACT Gold Member athletes have free entry to these championships.

Entry to the AACT Championships is by the On-Line entry system only.  Please note that entries submitted via the On-Line system must be paid by credit/debit card or PayPal.   If you do not have a credit/debit card or a PayPal account, fill out the online entry and submit, then contact Athletics ACT Office to pay the entry fee by the entry closing date and time.  If the entry fee is not received by this date, the entry will be deleted
 
Entries close at 5:00pm on Monday 4th February 2019.  No entries will be accepted after this close of entries under any circumstance.  If you have had problems entering these Championships using the On-Line Entry system, you must contact the AACT Office (6253 4420 or eo.act@athletics.org.au) no later than 5:00pm on Thursday 31st January 2019.  To avoid missing out on entry do not leave attempting to process your entry until the last minute.

Athletes will automatically be entered into the correct age group  (U14, U16, U18, etc) based on their Date of Birth.  If an athlete wishes to compete up an age group (eg U20 to compete in the Open age group events) they must contact the Athletics ACT office before the close of entries (ie no later than 5:00pm on Monday 4 February 2019).  The contact phone number is (02) 6253 4420 or email to eo.act@athletics.org.au.

All Athletes must check the start lists and final timetable which will be posted on the AACT website after the close of entries.  It is each athlete’s responsibility to check the start time of their event closer to the competition date.
